Unopened Item
Return unopened items within 7 days from the invoice date/ receipt date for a full refund of original purchase price. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer replacements purely on a case by case basis and it is always our endeavour to help our customers to the best of our ability as the case may be.
www.arkabotanicals.in is not responsible for return shipping cost, any shipping & packaging charges & applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at on the day of delivery.
*Wholesale (B to B) quantities are not eligible for this policy. For B to B (Wholesale Business) separate terms and conditions will be mentioned as per our quotes.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Returns Policy
The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration.
Do not throw the damaged product or packing slip away! You will be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items). Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to file a claim with the appropriate shipping courier/ delivery partner to receive reimbursement for the damaged items. If you receive the wrong items by mistake, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately.
In case of replacement the customer shall bring the same to our notice within 7 business days from the date of receiving the products, Then we process the fresh order within 7 business days after the product have been received and verified at our warehouse.
How Do I Make a Return?

Refund Policy
Please note return will be acceptable within 7- days
- If the order or the item(s) that cancelled have not been processed / shipped yet, the money will be refunded to you within 3 to 7 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been processed/ dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. Please note the courier cost of returning product will be borne by you. As well as shipping & packaging charges paid by us shall be deducted from your refund.
- In case of a return /refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3 – 7 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
